We, as HAVELSAN, are placing emphasis on homecoming and regaining for our homeland of the scientists continuing their studies abroad.

Within the frame of this project aiming to attract highly qualified manpower to our homeland, we are targeting to take our country to the level of modern and advanced civilizations, and are inviting all the pioneers to lead the technological transformation by working for our country.

Through these initiatives, we are contributing to homecoming as a part of the Reverse Brain Drain of a plenty of scientists who can provide contributions to our country with their knowledge and experiences gained abroad, thereby bringing added value to our country.
