AV8 INSTALLATION OF ARMOURED VEHICLE SIMULATOR IN MALAYSIA COMPLETED

The installations of the AV8 Pars armoured ground vehicle simulator developed by HAVELSAN for the Malaysian Armed Forces have been completed.

HAVELSAN, which produces the simulator of 8×8 Armored Combat Vehicle pars made in Malaysia by FNSS and DEFTECH in Turkey, also signed an important export on behalf of our country.

Hinal integration activities are underway for acceptance tests of the AV8 simulator installed at the KEM Syed Sirajuddin military facility in Gemas, Malaysia.

HAVELSAN develops simulators for military and civilian platforms, who leads Turkey in this field, assumed the responsibility of producing simulators for these vehicles.

The simulator produced in Turkey was installed at the KEM Syed Sirajuddin military facility in Gemas. Final integration activities for admission tests are underway.

The AV8 simulator consists of 2 trainers. One of them uses advanced driving techniques. Since the car is 8x8, each wheel has a different suspension system and various anti-rollover mechanisms. They require advanced driver training. The large simulator cabin for these trainings offers all the conditions that will give you a driving experience that doesn't look like the truth.

The vehicle also has a smaller second simulator cabin for the command of the weapon, sensor and Tower. These 2 cabins can be used simultaneously. For example, in one the operator is seated, in the other the driver is able to perform training using the same image, screen, tactical environment.
